The newly renovated balzac hotel is mesmerizing! The entire experience was outstanding! Room interior is perfect and the hotel always smelled fresh ! Staff were super friendly and helpful!! Special thanks to Mr Jihad and the front desk , other concierge members and the guys on the front door !

Magical experience from the moment I walked in. The interior, scent, and people were all beyond amazing. The atmosphere changes immediately when you walk into the lobby; it’s so chic and has such a nice scent every time you walk in and out. I got upgraded to a junior suite, which made my spontaneous trip even more fantastic. It was truly a dream; I hope to be back soon.

Superb in almost every way. Excellent, friendly, well-trained staff. Beautiful decor. Large comfortable room with excellent bed. Very nice breakfast, with various options available.
